Carol Arnold

Equipping Pastors International helps the church complete the Great Commission by equipping national pastors and their wives, so that they in turn can equip others for the work of ministry and bring the body of Christ to maturity and unity. Its mission team includes missionaries and national leaders serving in Uganda, Kenya, the Dominican Republic and across Latin America.

Carol co-founded EPI with her husband, Jack, and has traveled to all six continents, speaking at conferences and seminars to pastors and their spouses of every denomination. She teaches that marriage is a ministry — and that if marriages are not strong, ministries cannot be strong. She has spoken at Reformed Theological Seminary.

In Uganda, EPI's full-time director is Rev. Martin Odi, who pastored a church at Ngora for ten years and served as overseer of 200 churches in the Kumi district before joining EPI. He and his wife, Helen, teach and train with EPI across East Africa.

From our records Carol was a co-founder of Equipping Pastors International, along with her late husband, Dr. Jack L. Arnold. She continues to teach on Marriage and Family throughout the world, mostly in East Africa. She crosses all denominational lines, and comes alongside the national leadership to help strengthen their marriages and teach their congregations.
