One Challenge serves, equips and connects the body of Christ and its leaders to advance God's kingdom among all people, working through local ministries, churches and individuals who live out the gospel in their own communities. It was founded in 1952 by Dick Hillis, who worked closely with Billy Graham, and today belongs to a global alliance of 15 sending centers.

In Latin America, One Challenge works under the name Sepal — “serving pastors and leaders” — with resident teams in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Guatemala, Mexico and Peru, focused on leadership development, church planting, missions mobilization and member care.
