About This Site

Christchurch Miami is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit church located at 8485 SW 112th Street, Miami, FL 33156. christchurchmiami.org is our official website. We use it to:

• Welcome new visitors and help them plan a Sunday visit
• Share teaching, sermons, and resources
• Connect people to ministries, groups, and our broader faith family
• Provide information about Kendall Christian School, our programs, and events

This site is provided as a service of our ministry. We do our best to keep information accurate and current, but we don't guarantee that every page reflects the most up-to-date details at every moment.

Using This Site

You're welcome to browse, read, watch, and share our content. Please use this website for lawful, respectful purposes. Specifically, please do not:

Intellectual Property

Sermons, articles, photos, videos, music, graphics, and other content on this site are owned by Christchurch Miami or used with permission. You're welcome to:

• Share links to our pages on social media or with friends
• Quote short excerpts from our sermons or blog posts (please give us credit)
• Forward our content to someone who'd benefit from it

You're not welcome to:

• Republish our content as if it were your own
• Use our logo, name, or content for commercial purposes without our written permission
• Edit our sermons or blog posts and present the edited version as ours

If you'd like to use something more substantial - for a podcast, publication, classroom, or another church - just ask. We're happy to help when we can.

What You Submit

When you submit a contact form, prayer request, comment, or other content through our site, you give us permission to read it, respond, and (in the case of public-facing items like blog comments, if applicable) display it. We may edit or remove submissions that violate these terms.

We may also share anonymized stories or quotes - with your permission - in sermons, blog posts, or social media. We won't share your name or identifying details without asking you first.

Links to Other Sites

Our site links to other websites - like ChurchCenter for giving, Subsplash for our mobile app, SermonShots for our sermon resources page (resources.christchurchmiami.org), YouTube for sermons, and our ministry partners. We don't control those sites and we're not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. When you click an external link, you leave christchurchmiami.org and become subject to the linked site's terms.

Online Giving

When you click Give on our site, you'll be redirected to ChurchCenter, our giving platform. Online giving is handled entirely by ChurchCenter - they have their own terms and privacy policy. Christchurch Miami does not collect or store credit card or banking information on this website.

We provide this site "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep it working and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, secure, or virus-free.
